The early bird price will be available until January 10, 2016.
From January 11, 2017 until February 28, 2017 the price will be €480 per adult.
From March 2, 2017 the price will be €530 per adult.

The price includes admission to all workshops and lectures, including keynote speakers, shuttles to the various locations and three meals a day for the duration of the conference from the morning of March 30, 2017 until noon time of April 3 2017.
All activities in IDEC are open to all ages, but there will be a special area for kids during the day time.
It will include games, fun activities, and art, and will be operated by volunteers

We are organizing tours in Israel prior to the start of the conference. Please specify in the registration form if you are interested in participating in any of the tours. The tour costs and itineraries will be published at a later date.
The tours will combine visits to democratic and innovative schools in Israel with local culture and nature.
The tours to Jerusalem and the Northern Region of Israel will depart from Givat Haviva and include accommodation.
The tours in the Hadera area and Tel Aviv are day trips. Accommodation is at Givat Haviva.
* The booking of accommodation at Givat Haviva on March 29 is the responsibility of the participants and requires payment for an additional night of accommodation in accordance with the various proposed options.

Some of these areas will be offered to local and foreign experts to conduct activities / workshops / lectures, in their field of expertise, related to democratic or innovative / holistic educational approaches.

If you need to cancel your registration, the refund of registration payments is as follows:
– Cancellations made prior to January 1 – 90% refund of registration payment
– Cancellations made prior to March 15 – 50% refund of registration payment
– Cancellations made after March 15 – 0% refund of registration payment
There are people that cannot afford to attend the conference, if you are interested you can make a donation to help pay for their air fares via the tickets registration form
Any remaining income from the conference will be deposited in a fund that will provide financial support for participation in future conferences.
